This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an exciting opportunity to support students across K-12 grades during the 2026-2027 school year in Bremerton, WA. As an in-person role, the position requires a highly skilled professional who will provide direct speech and language services within a school setting.
Key Qualifications And Experience
- Valid and active Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Prior experience working as an SLP in schools is strongly desired
- Ability to manage and treat a diverse caseload spanning elementary through high school students
- Commitment to working in-person; candidates utilizing VOCO or SLPA services will not be considered
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from kindergarten through grade 12
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address student communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participating actively in student-centered team meetings and professional development opportunities
This contract role consists of a 37.5-hour workweek, running from August 31, 2026, through June 16, 2027. The position is based onsite in Bremerton, offering the chance to engage directly with students and school staff.
